New Hampton, NH Directly in the heart of basketball season and directly in the heart of high powered New England prep school basketball country, the New Hampton Huskies host their annual invitational basketball tournament.

This year the powerhouse programs of the Tilton School (NH), Lee Academy (ME) and Redemption Christian Academy (MA) will bring their college prospect loaded squads to battle.  Headlining the action will be the folowing premeir players.

Mika Adams-Woods 2019 6'2 guard, New Hampton School (Syracuse, NY) – This University of Nebraska commit returns after a terrific first season at New Hampton where he lead the Huskies in scoring and helped propel them to the NEPSAC AAA Championship. He is a heady combo guard that has proven to be elite on both sides of the ball. He is skilled in a ball screen and guides the Huskies in his second year.

Tyson Walker 2019 6'0 point guard, New Hampton School (Westbury, NY) – Tyson arrived at New Hampton from one of New York City’s premiere high school programs. The Christ the King product committed early to Northeastern University and has proven to be a three-level player for the Huskies. He threatens to knotch a triple-double every time out, and earned captainship in his first year.

Bas Leyte 2020  6'10 power forward, New Hampton School (Bergen Op Zoom, Netherlands)  The 6’10 Bas Leyte entered year two for the Huskies where his role has blossomed with his skill set and confidence. A mobile big, Leyte is capable of playing either frontcourt position and has proven his merit from beyond the arc. 

Jalen Leach 2020 6'2 point guard, Tilton School (Nyack, NY) Leach has emerged as an excellent player with a bright future, scoring in multiple ways and finding teammates.

Eric Beckett 2019 6'4 swing Tilton School (Canada) This University of Vermont commit is in his third year of experience with the Rams in competitive NEPSAC play. He is an excellent shooter and all around player. He's strong, smart and an very good decision maker.

John McCoy 2019 6'4 wing Tilton School (Mansfield, MA) McCoy signed his letter of intent with the Delaware Blue Hens and is one of two post-graduates are making major contributions as for Tilton. McCoy is a high-riser who produces some spectacular moments on offense and defense. Features a tough-to-contest high release jumper.

Anthony Selden 2019 6'6 swing Tilton School (Lawrence, KS) Selden is the other extremely athletic, post grad wing playing for the Rams. Selden has been a crowd pleaser, playing way above the rim, catching dunks, blocking shots and rebounding.

Yacine Toumi 2019 6'8 guard Lee Academy (Tunisia)  Toumi is an unsigned, athletic big wing with ability to handle the ball and pass. He is great in transition and with terrific ability to get down the floor. He rebounds and makes great reads on the defensive end. It's very early in his basketball career, and he is previewing a lot of upside. 

Cyrille Diop 2019 6'8 center/forward Lee Academy (Nigeria) Diop is big bodied forward at 240 pounds. He is a smooth scorer around the basket and rebounds on both ends of the floor. He moves very well for his size. 

Brandon Smith 2019 6'4 combo guard Lee Academy (Buffalo, NY) Smith is a great shooter with the ability to get the rim and score through contact. He can defend multiple positions and rebounds extremely well for his position. 

Arseniy Seminov 2019 6'7 forward Lee Academy (Russia). Seminov is a scoring big man with the ability to move and run the floor. He is long and athletic with the ability to shoot the 3 consistently and score with his back to the basket. A match-up nightmare. Great rebounder and shot blocker. 

Jordan Jackson 2019 6'3 combo guard Lee Academy (Albany, NY) Jackson is quick scoring guard. He is a terrific 3 point shooter with the ability to create and a pass first mindset. He is a tough defender on and off the ball. 

Anthony Kabala 2019 6’8 point guard Redemption Christian (Paris, France). Kabala has spent much of the season transitioning to point guard. Because he possesses such a tremendous feel for the game, the learning curve has not been steepthe game seem easy at times, a wiry athlete with deep 3 point range makes him perfect for today’s game. He is great at challenging shots and takes pride in his ability to bang inside.

Jordan Kellier 2019 6’6 swing Redemption Christian (Jamaica). Kellier is a tough, well chiseled athlete and the ultimate utility player. Showing no holes in his game, he can score from every spot on the floor. Defensively he can guard 1-5, defend pick and rolls, is a double digit rebounder and defends the rim. He nearly averaged a triple double in the month of January.

Eden Holt 2019 5’9 point guard Redemption Christian (Houston, TX) Holt is a consistent, no nonsense performer, taking an advantage of every opportunity this season. He has great poise, excellent shooting, and great floor general qualities. He holds his teammates accountable. His drive to win, learn and improve will Please his college coaches.

Tony Goodwin 2019 6’6 wing Redemption Christian (Fairfax, VA) Goodwin is among the best defenders in the country. An old school, throw back player, Tony has taken full advantage of the stiff New England prep school competition to expand his offensive skill set. An improved shooter and finisher around the basket makes him an outstanding two way player. He reopened his recruitment and has been fielding many phone calls.
